Every home at Casa Mango comes with a professional hospitality operator built in. Here's what that includes, and how it works day to day.
When you buy a home at Casa Mango, you're buying into a managed system designed to make ownership simple, your home well cared for, and your investment productive when you're not using it.

How it works
You own the home. Title, equity, and use rights stay with you. You can block your own dates whenever you want to be on property.
Habitante operates it. Bookings, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, pricing, and platform management are all handled by their team. You don't field messages, coordinate cleaners, or set rates.
Revenue flows through a transparent structure. Bookings generate revenue, operating costs (utilities, cleaning, supplies) are deducted, and Habitante's management fee is a percentage of net operating income, meaning their incentive is aligned with yours. The more efficiently the home runs, the better both sides do.
You see everything. The owner portal shows real-time bookings, channel performance, monthly revenue, and operating expenses. No black box.
Three perks worth highlighting
1. Multi-channel distribution beats Airbnb-only. Self-managed owners typically rely on one or two platforms. Habitante distributes across 30+, including direct bookings (which carry no platform commission). This widens the funnel and reduces dependence on any single channel's algorithm.
2. Flexible stay lengths capture a bigger market. Habitante's portfolio mixes short stays, medium stays, and long stays . Most independent operators only do one. Casa Mango homes can serve all three.
3. The home stays a home. Because Habitante handles the operational side and the design side, your property doesn't slowly degrade into a tired rental. It stays photographed, maintained, and presented at the level it was sold to you.
What ownership feels like
Practically speaking: you receive a monthly statement, you receive revenue, and you visit your home whenever you'd like. The day-to-day work of running a coastal vacation property happens without your involvement.
